LEAD TIME
Over the past three years these lead times, in some cases, have gone from 6-8 weeks to 10-12 weeks**. Recently, due to shortage of materials and other manufacturing issues some orders can take even longer.
SHIPPING
- JM&C often uses an outside delivery company to deliver goods to their clients. These companies do charge for unplanned and unschedule services, as well as wait times in excess of 15 minutes after arrival at the site. If no one is found available to unload or if the driver is required to carry goods inside to client specific locations, these vendors typically charge $150.00 per hour for such services.Please advise JM&C in advance of any special delivery needs so we may make arrangements to avoid these charges.
