Terms & Conditions

  • Upon acceptance of this quotation, the Customer agrees that they will purchase the ITEMS/Services set out in the preceeding ORDER/QUOTE FORM (the "Items"). The Customer will (herein referred to as "JM&C") the purchase price set out in the ORDER/QUOTE FORM, also in accordance pay Jonathan Morgan & Company with the payment terms specified on the ORDER/QUOTE FORM.

  • All Items/Services will be shipped to the delivery address, specified on the ORDER/QUOTE FORM. The Customer will make arrangements to ensure that JM&C has access to the premises on the delivery date, or on such date specified by JM&C.

  • If specified, JM&C will make reasonable efforts to meet the requested specified date on the ORDER/QUOTE FORM. JM&C will not be responsible for delays caused by reasons beyond its control, including without limitation, delays caused by the manufacturers, suppliers and trades.

  • The Customer may not delete or modify from the Items ordered after confirmation of this order. Change Orders must be completed

  • The Customer will notify JM&C of any damage or deficiencies in the Items/Services within seven (7) days of delivery/completion, after which time the Items shall be deemed acceptable in good order. JM&C will assist the Customer with manufacturer warranty claims, but does not provide a separate warranty for the Items.

  • FRONT LOBBY DROP - Freight quotes are based on deliveries to ground floor receiving area unless otherwise agreed upon. Deliveries to individual rooms and/or assembly will incur installation charges of $40/hr per labourer, scheduled at the discretion of the JM&C personel

  • JM&C often uses an outside delivery company to deliver goods to their clients. These companies do charge for unplanned and unschedule services, as well as wait times in excess of 15 minutes after arrival at the site. If no one is found available to unload or if the driver is required to carry goods inside to client specific locations, these vendors typically charge $150.00 per hour for such services.Please advise JM&C in advance of any special delivery needs so we may make arrangements to avoid these charges.

  • All stock items returned are subject to a restocking charge of 25% of the total order, with a minimum of $100.00.

  • All Non-Stock and Custom-Made products are Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable.

  • All shipping charges are the responsibility of the client on all returned goods.

  • All returned goods must have return authorization prior to returning goods.

  • Terms of payment: Please note that amounts owing after your billing due date are subject to a late payment interest charge, calculate at 2% per month, compounded monthly. An additional late payment fee may apply subject to the duration of the outstanding balance.

  • "SITE UNDER CONSTRUCTION - All additional costs to JM&C related to construction delays are the responsibility of the client. This includes, but is not limited to, storage fees, project re-coordination, and any transportation cancellation costs. Sites under construction must be authorized by the JM&C Site Supervisor at least 4 weeks in advance of the scheduled installation. Without this authorization, costs will be incurred unless advanced noticed is provided, by the client, at least 4 weeks prior to the scheduled installation. "
